Pantai Cenang

The most popular beach in Langkawi is Pantai Cenang, and also the nearest to the airport, which is a 10 minute drive away. This is where the highest concentration of hotels and resorts are. They range from 5 star accommodation to backpacker lodges and budget chalets. Plenty of dining establishments abound along the main road that faces the beach, catering international and local cuisine, but mostly Chinese seafood. Why this beach is so appealing is because of its sheer size and whiteness of sand. Visitors can come here and always find a spot to call their own.
